• Hotel pickup is available from the lobby or main entrance of your hotel.
• Cruise passengers can be picked up from Kusadasi Port.
• Cruise guests should provide their ship name and arrival/departure times when booking.
• Our representative will be waiting at the port holding a sign with the lead passenger’s name.
• Children under 120 cm are not permitted to use certain adult water slides for safety reasons.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the water park.
• Children aged 9 years and under should bring a passport or a photo of their passport for age verification.
• We recommend confirming your pickup time with our local office at least 24 hours before your tour.
• Some attractions may be temporarily closed due to maintenance or weather conditions.
